    Service was excellent and the food was delicious. I have my favorite Shrimp Tempura appetizer. I also ordered 3 different rolls. I finished with a nice scoop of Green Tea Ice Cream.

    Yes, I can understand Friday night is busy.  I knew it's going to be some wait.  Fortunately (or unfortunately), it didn't take long to be seated.  Also didn't take long to order food.  Now the clock starts ticking.  30 min of wait, it's Friday night, understandable.  Another 30 min later, Hmm.....what's going on?  Be patience, ok.  Another 15 minutes of "no end in sight waiting", I finally found a server to check our order.  "We are busy, there is nothing else I can do!" and walked away.  Really?  That's the customer service?  We happened to be sitting by the cash register.  Many to-go customers were waiting for their orders and being told the same thing (there isn't anything I can do!). I am not in the hospitality industry but can tell you a few thing you can do about:

    * Communicate with your customers in advance.  It could be as simple as "I am sorry, we are busy tonight and it's going to take little longer."

    * Apologize - I don't mean "customer is always right".  But in this case, if your restaurant isn't capable to deal with the Friday night surge, perhaps someone should look into the business model and how to run it effectively.  Until then, apologize to your customers.

    * So for 75 minutes, nobody bother to come fill our glass of water.  Sure the sushi bar is backup.  But don't tell me none of the servers are busy, with the exception of one server keeps telling customers that "there isn't nothing I can do!"

    So I tell you what I can do - leave and never return.

    We got tonkatsu and chicken teriyaki.  It's really hard to mess either of those up but they did.  The tonkatsu has something dumped on top,  possibly an egg but looked like mayonnaise.  It was horrible.  The chicken teriyaki was uninspired at best.

    There are many better choices in the area.  Pick some place else.

    What can i say?  Tried Ecstacy!  Will return for sure to try even more! Gave it 5 stars.  Can't say  any more.

    Ordered take out and my order was ready fairly quickly. Great service, friendly staff! Atmosphere is great, super clean. Definitely recommend the Lion King roll it's my favorite. Never had a problem at any Senro Sushi location I've been to and this one is not the exception.
